“Easy As” Ginger Deviled Eggs

We make these delicious deviled eggs weekly. You’ll love them – they are great as snack, side dish, in the Oh My Dee-lish Veggie Bitzer Salad (recipe and video coming soon) or on a Tastilicious Buitin Bacon Burger (recipe and video coming soon).

Deviled eggs are an excellent source of protein and are on Johnny Bowden’s “The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth.”  As Johnny says, “containing all nine essential amino acids, they’re loaded with vitamins and minerals that help your eyes, your brain, and your heart.”

These “Easy As” Ginger Deviled Eggs have a light zingy, though not overwhelming ginger/curry flavor. They are easy to make – just remember: 4 dry ingredients, 6 wet ingredients – and easy to clean up, too. Simply combine all ingredients in a baggie, smush it all together, use it as a tool to fill the egg white halves and then toss the bag out! No muss, no fuss.

Tasty, Healthful Tea Delights

Tasty tea, healthy tea, relaxing tea!

We enjoy 2 to 4 cups of tea a day. A nice fruity early afternoon tea, a healthful tea in the afternoons and early evenings, and a relaxing concoction just before bed. Here’s a list of all the teas we rotate in on a regular basis. Though we like all of these, our favorites are in bold. Give one a try!

We love this Panasonic 3.2 Quart Water Boiler – sits on our counter, ready to help make us tea!
